Receipt Logbook respects your privacy.
This app is designed to help you record receipts and expenses in a simple and private way. We do not require account registration, and we do not sell your personal data.
When you use Receipt Logbook, you may choose to enter or store receipt images, expense amounts, dates, merchant names, notes, categories, payment methods, and project labels.
Your receipt and expense data is primarily stored on your device. We do not require you to create an account to use the app.
Receipt Logbook may request access to the Camera so you can capture receipt images, and to Photos so you can import receipt images or save exported images. These permissions are only used for the features you choose to use.
The app may use on-device OCR to detect information from receipt images, such as merchant name, date, amount, and currency. OCR results are provided as suggestions only and must be reviewed by you before saving.
Receipt Logbook offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited saved receipts. Payments and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your receipt or expense records with third parties except as necessary for Apple-provided platform services, such as App Store purchase processing.
Your data remains in the app until you delete it. You may delete individual records or use in-app reset or deletion features where provided.
Receipt Logbook is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
